Me: I don't carry guns and I love my country
Officer: Do u love and support Mbabazi?
Me: Why?
Officer: U cannot claim to love Uganda today without supporting Mbabazi
Me: Since when?
Officer: Brother, drive safely...and do you have some water for me?
Me: Sorry sir, i dint carry any in my car
Officer: You know what I mean..because we people protect you on this road and at least water for me is oke
Me: Nice talking to you Afande and bye--

WHY CHRISTIANS SHOULD NOT PAY TITHE

Now first of all the Scriptures will never mean today what it never meant when it was first written. Tithing As It Is Generally Taught Today Is Not Biblical Even if the Law of Moses did apply to us as Christians, the way tithing is taught today resembles nothing that the Bible actually says about it. Don't create more local units, raise funding for existing ones

The rationale of the decentralization policy was to ensure effective service delivery to the citizens at the very local unit. The implementation of this policy in Uganda has been going on for the last 20 years and it is sad that for all these years, service delivery is still poor. The Local governments are financed through three types of grants as per Article 193 of the Constitution; unconditional grants, conditional grants and equalization grants. The central Government has always transferred money to local governments and these have either come in late or are so tied.
